WotLK chose the wrong item set on lvl up service

Hi admins. I just recently bought a level up service and I accidentally selected and chose the wrong itemset.

I'm at the create a ticket page right now but it's telling me to ctrl+click atleast 1 item. But I can't seem to figure out how to ctrl+click an item on misbuy. please help. Thank you

You didn't misbuy any item, so you don't have any item showing to be selected. You used Coins for an instant-max level and picked the wrong gear package/changed your mind about it. No idea if Support would do such trade, but you won't be able to use a misbuy ticket for that, you'll need a general one.
