Technical Change of mail

I wanted to create a new account and before that I changed the mail in the settings of this account, but when creating a new account, the error "mail is already in use, try a different email address".

So uhh..

Why change email 1 of account 1 to use the same email on account 2? Why not have email 2 for account 2?
Dunno if the email becomes free to use after a time period.

Make a new email and don't switch them around I guess.
