can't send my heirlooms

Since today I can't send my heirlooms. I get the message that I can't send soulbound gear. does anyone know why

Because you enchanted the gear, it will show a message "performing this action will make the gear soulbinded" when you enchant your gear with a high level enchant, notice that some lower level enchants will not bind the gear to that character.
