WotLK I have been locked in my account?

Hey, So i quite dont understand why my account got locked for basically no reason, i was playing normally and after i logged out, once i entered it said something about my account nbeing locked and in the website it says something about bot too, im not so geek so i dont know what this is, and i would love to know if its a bug so i can calm down, this game has been fun to know and ive been having fun.

Every other thread on this forum is about this "issue" and in 99% of them the answer is all the same - LOG OUT INGAME AND WEBSITE, GIVE IT A MINUTE, LOG IN ON WEBSITE, THEN YOU CAN LOG INGAME.
