    IP banned for botting

    Hello, I tried to make a support ticket but it wouldn't let me proceed so I have to make this here. I am banned for botting for the second time for no reason. I am not a bot. I don't even know how to do that. This is the second time this has happened. I don't understand. All I want to do is play the game. I just made it to lvl 65. I have not even had this account for two weeks yet and this the second time this has happened. I am not a bot. I don't know how your system or moderators even think that I am a bot. All I am doing is playing. Please help me with this.
