Is Glyph of Earthliving Weapon negotiable for a Resto Shaman?

I'm still a ways off from 80 but I want something more reliable that will consistently benefit the entire raid with increased healing output, so for the time being I've opted for Glyph of Healing Stream Totem instead, which, combined with the Restorative Totems talent, is making for some nice party-wide regen.

Since there's already a talent that guarantees an Earthliving proc below 35% health, is Healing Stream glyph serviceable for 10/25 mans in a raid healing capacity, or is Earthliving Weapon really a mandatory glyph?

Other two majors are Chain Heal and Earth Shield.

Edit: Nevermind, did more research on how Healing Stream works. Apparently it only applies to your group, not the rest of the raid. Earthliving Weapon it is then.
