Technical I got banned by IP for nothing

I played yesterday as if nothing had happened, I went out, this morning I came in and an error occurred when I logged in, the account was blocked but can be unblocked, this has already happened and I visited the site, it was highlighted to me that I got banned because of the botnet (I don't even know what it is) updated the page and went back to the game and everything was fine, now the problem is

This is a part of the security system and a normal thing which i face everyday , just login to website then log back to game.
