Use isb40 for the 3.3.5a client, 42 is for newer versions of the game. FTL won't work if you're using isb42 as well as other things.

I'm using 42 with no issues, ftl works for me and I did clickbars for my shaman totems and it's a nice qol to have.

1 Druid Tank, 1 Priest, 3 BM Hunters. A bit tedious in classic phase, but BM becomes monsterous in TBC onwards with gear pet scaling.
