Looking For Guild

So, I got multiple chars 6.0-6.5gs, can fill all, dps, heal and tank roles. Got experience in all raids nm/hc.
Now the difficult, mission impossible part.... I'm looking for guild that does "proper" tactics, Sindy last phase resetting stacks, killing tombs, switching tanks... Bql not stacking but spreading and stack only for link...
