WotLK can't login in. asking "digital code"

hello guys.
i'm a newbie and i have faced a problem.
during authorization in the client after i press log in a message pops up "enter digital code" or sometimes "you're disconnected from the server"
i actually don't know what to do cuz i followed instructions on the webstite and this is where i came
anyone could help me?
