Few questions

Hello all! I have few questions about server funcs:
1) How i can get 'account weapon'?
Saw one guy with 2h sword (or 1h sword) with huge stats and sign on the weapon 'account binding' or somethink like that.
2) How are points awarded?
Im understand what i need char with 1k achievments but it awarded automaticly every day?
3) Couns - only donat currency?

1. In-game, from Heirloom vendor (one in Dalaran by Emblem vendors), other options would be Argent Tournament (dailies required), and PvP versions with Honor.
2. Based on Achievements. WoTLK Point Shop and Activity Rank
3. Premium currency. Can be gained by donating, gifting, and Warmane's trade section (premium account required to access trade).
3.5 Using 3rd party services/RMT to get/sell coins is against the rules.
