So lads, i'ts been a long time since I last played WoW and I dont really have the time to go through the entire forum section to figure it out myself.

Heres my question: Whats the Shield Block value cap now that it is fixed (before glyphs, procs,activating shield block - just from gear, passively)

How much flat sbv should I go after?

Is my gear optimal? I also have t9HC tank leggings for SBV value although I am not sure if it’s worth equippng those.

I recommend T10HC dps helm, shoulders, chest + T10HC tank gloves, pants.

I'm not sure about the numbers, but I often hear people say the arp build is now better than block value one because some kind of block value formula got 'fixed' a long time ago, so that means replacing your block value pants with the arp one.
