Looking for a Tank Taunt Swap Add-on

The Add-on in question, that I have witnessed in a few raids, did an announcement in chat every time some cruicial boss debuff stack has reached semi-lethal point. It looked like this, for an example: "DRuby has 4 stacks of Frostbite, taunt now!"; "DRuby has 5 stacks of Frostbite, taunt now!"...
There's a chance it was some WA script, perhaps self-made even. Would be grateful for any provided information regarding the topic.

Necro-update: It's a TauntMaster addon. I've had it before, but haven't seen this function working. It was a pretty hard task finding a working version for some reason, if anyone needs it - just ask me.
