What does "prio" or "no prio" means.

Hello everyone. I 'm trying to obtain gear for my ret paladin. One guy was hosting a ToC 25 saying Death's Verdict no prio.
It was like this : LFM ToC25 BoE ff DV no prio.
I have no clue what prio or no prio means. If someone could explain me i would appreciate it.
By the way, is there any link or page where i can see the meaning of the slang words from wow?

Pri? means that this item is better for a certain class than for another (for example, D? prio for ret/dk and it is less better for war, not prio means that everyone can roll to whom the item gives at least some strengthening)
