Good evening!

Sorry about that, but my english is pretty weak. SInce 3-4 days i wrote a ticket In-game, but nothing happened.
I couldnt change my The Ashen Verdict ring, so somebody gave me an advice, to delete it, and restore at the NPC in ICC (it should work so).
But the NPC doesnt show this kind of option, so i dont have any ring now.
I know, that the staff have a lot of work, but other players said, they got an answer on any ticket after few/hours or 1-2 days.
Should i wait more, or is there any other way, to leave a message to them?

If the ticket specifies "Lost Ashen Verdict Ring", it should be fixed within few days. Your ticket will probably by handled on Monday.

I've always considered weekends being no/slow progress on tickets.
