Probably tried the in-game one. https://www.warmane.com/account/services for proper unstuck.

Something tells me he was trying unstuck from game menu "Help". Not site variant.
OP, go to your account, find "Services". Proceed with Realm > Character name > type of service "free" > character unstuck.
