Characters are missing

Characters are missing: Shaman level 80 Draenei, Mage level 80 Human.

Hello, people, tell me one thing, I played on the server last fall in the fresh Icecrown season, now after entering the game I see only characters on Lorderon, but my two pumped-up characters are not there. Where can I find them or can they never be returned?

There were no Icecrown seasons
You are referring to Frostmourne realm.
What you need to do: go on site > My Account > Services > select Frostmourne S3 > select character > payment option "Free" > character transfer. Must be logged off from game.
