1. Rested XP bonus when using campfires.

Had this on another server thought it was cool. Rested Xp when using your campfire or tent. (had personal camps on that server)

or rested xp when using the fishing chair.

    Food for thought!

  2. The campfire duration isn't long, so the rested EXP amount would be minimal, more so with higher rates.

The idea seems nice, sit on a bench or by a campfire to "rest".

Though I'd question if it's worth adding to the game in the end. Custom nonetheless.

  3. As you say it seems to make no sense because of how slow you gain rested experience normally, but in the server that he's talking about you get your entire rested experience in a matter of minutes. But in that server there's an additional profession to complement the rested experience change.

I think adding one thing without adding the other makes no sense, and also rates in wotlk are already high enough.

  4. Just adding a rested XP mechanic to campfires on Warmane doesn't make sense, as you might get 1-2% rested over the duration the campfire.

If they changed the rested mechanic to be faster with certain buffs like another server does (where you can get full 150% rested in 10 minutes under the correct conditions)...it -might- make sense. But that's a lot of custom work, and honestly not needed with the high rates most of Warmane's servers have (the other server being mentioned has 1x rates iirc)...and would also be out of place for the concept/design goal of Lord, Warmane's 1x server.
