The Secret Compromised Starting quest for hand of adal

Do I still can find old players with The Secret Compromised that are able to share it to start the quest chain for hand of Adam achievement and title ?

You would need the old version of "The Vials of Eternity", not The Secret Compromised.

However, two things - first, the old version of the quest is not shareable. Second, even if you have the old quest, you can't get the title anymore - i learned it the hard way, after getting tired of Kael being bugged all the time so i took a break from it. Guess when was it decided that it should not reward the title anymore? Yeah.
