WotLK cant see daily heroic dungeon quests on my char

hi guys i have never seen daily dungeon heroic quests on my char i have been playing since 2 weeks and im 80 with 5.3k gs but everytime i check the guy i only find weekly raid quest but could never see the daily heroic quests and also did unstuck still nothing can someone help plz ? also there is no quests in my list

There are no daily heroic quests. Perhaps there were in Frostmourne?

Daily dungeon heroic quests are available on Wotlk Classic not here. There is only weekly raid quest

Daily dungeon heroic quests were enabled in Icecrown by mistake for a few hours a couple months ago, so that's why some have them and can share them. But you can't even turn them in.

They were also aviable for a time in the past, many years ago. I still have the Gundrak one on one of my toons.
