what can i get as a fresh 80 holy pala with eot

i already bought bis libram for holy pala (exchanging emblems from EoT is a f. ing joke... who even thought that this is a good idea back then?)

i have 63 EoT left, what should i do with them?

I am playing WoW for many years and to this day i do not understand Tiers and sets mechanic. Guides talking about BiS tiers 1-4 and then when i read them there are t7 t8 for some reason, wtf is this...

I am not even trying raids, and never will (i just like playing wow solo) just rdfs, so my aim is to enter heroics, currently 2,5k Gs.

What can i buy now to not waste EoT? Something good for heroics later but what, this t8 set for EoT? I don't understand at all, in guides they say to not buy it and save EoT for something else eh...
