Cross-server lags

For more than a week I have been observing freezes on the server for 1-3 seconds. They happen quite often, is this problem solved by the administration?
(These are not my problems with the Internet, other players also complain about this)

Yep, same problem here. Sometimes even the ping randomly goes up and stays high for a while.
