I don't know what buff to give to the raid members, I usually give them kings, but I still think that there are some classes that I should give the might or wisdom buff.

Prioritize might on melee characters. Kings on caster characters or high gear melee characters. Wisdom is sort of secondary, depending on if party has Replenishment effect, tough wisdom may be better depending on gear also. But it's not something to worry about. If someone wants wisdom, just give it to them.
These buffs have alternatives also;
You can have Might OR Battle shout(warrior), but you can have Kings AND Battle Shout. Same with Wisdom and Mana Spring totem(shaman). So you buff whatever is missing.
If there are 2 paladins, one does might and wisdom, other give kings to all. Each paladin prioritizes to give Improved version of a buff(eg retribution has improved Might in talents).
