Lordaeron Character Restoration

I deleted character on this account few month ago. Recently I got IP ban removed (I have closed ticket where I discussed this with GM) but when I tried to restore my character on Lordaeron I wasn't able do to it because I have no characters to restore there, and I couldn't restore it earlier because i had ip ban and was not able to use services tab on this account. So my question is: can you Restore character I deleted? Tauren shaman lvl 80

No, if it doesn't show in Restoration that character is gone for good.

Then, probably, will be good to improve the IP-ban system in some way, or reply to players tickets faster, because it took >month for staff to react to my SECOND ban appeal ticket (first one was simply closed without any reply).

Don't shift the blame of you deleting a character to our Support team.
