I've been trying to send items through the mail service to a friend and viceverse, but the items never arrive, it's a kind of temporal bug? because earlier i sent him an item and it arrived, but at this hour is not working the mail, why?

I guess you have figured this out already, but if you send items to a friend it takes an hour for them to arrive.
