Technical wotlk crashes on startup after not playing for a few weeks

i haven't played in a while but when i decided to start playing again the game keeps crashing on startup. it would open but the screen is white and immediately crashes.
i tried reinstalling but same thing . i tried mists of pandaria and it worked perfectly fine.
does anybody know how to fix this?
I use Windows 10 64x , Intel core i5-6500 cpu 3.20GHz , GeForce GT 730 and have 8 Gb of ram.
it doesn't create a crash log for some reason.
any help?

nope! nothing at all. i click the exe it starts . its white screen then crashes . no music no anaything

ok i took my original files with and replaced a few of them with never ones now the game starts *in quotes* the screen is all black and crashes but if i alt tab in time it won't crash and start playing a cutscene but if i click on it it will crash i tried letting it play out but nothing
