WotLK error on load

hi, I cant even load the world cuz it gives me error, probably because i havent been online for so long and i had to rename and i dont have hearthstone location so it doesnt know where to spawn me.

Both factions have a default spawn location and that's stormwind inn near auction house / orgrimmar valley of strength inn.
Try unstucking just in case.

yes, but when I enter the character screen, next to my name there is no text (Stormwind or Orgrimmar or whatever)... After I try to enter the world, i get the crash so i cant unstuck ingame... and via Website, it says the unstuck only works if you have a hearthstone location, which I am missing... I have no hearthstone in my bag

Then open a ticket in-game from another character on the same account.
