Is someone able to create an Energy Tick Bar in Weak Auras for Onyxia?

Rogues would really appreciate someone able to program a working energy tick bar for Onyxia, is someone with programming skills capable enough? Weak Auras if possible or if you have a working alternative, please share.

Ticks don't work for me for some reason, do you happen to know a fix, it displays CP and Energy amount correctly, the tick just refuses to work

Well any idea how to make it tick when the energy is full? You generally want to open up right before the tick to insta get the energy back.

Which Weakauras version are you using? Do you maybe have a dl link or something?
