How to handle Elemental Shaman in 3s

Title says it all.. I’ve been trying to get better at SoloQ but I can’t seem to win vs elemental shamans unless they are awful. My current rating is 1600 and I have quite good winrate but every time I match vs ele I have a really hard time. 1400 resil 16k armor unslowable, INSANE damage, can’t seem to figure it out. All tips greatly appreciated.
