WotLK IoC cannons repairable?

Anybody knows if IoC keep cannons are meant to be repairable?

When destroyed, players can repair them through a fairly short channeled effort.

This one is unreliable because it could be about current retail. But:

(Patch 3.3.3) These are repairable. If you encounter a broken one and right click on it, it should gain full health. I am an engineer, but I believe it should work without engineering aswell.
