WotLK Item drops in dungeons.

Hello, quick question about item drops in normal or heroic dungeons. Let's say i want to farm an item from a specific dungeon and that item in atlasloot has an ilvl of 200. Can that item have a random ilvl when it drops in the heroic dungeon or will that item have the exact same stats on everything as it says in atlasloot? For example i want to farm some plate gloves which i saw in the atlasloot with ilvl 200, but for me to be an upgrade i need those to be a higher ilvl than 219 which i already have.
