Faction change & items

Hello,

I want to purchase the faction change service but I have a question in that matter. If I have the item quest Battered Hilt (the one that begins the quest chain for the Quel'delar Sword) in one faction, does the quest item get transferred to the other faction and be usable once I change factions? from Alliance to Horde.

From my experiences, when you use a Faction Change, ALL current quests are removed. Questline progress, however, appears to be kept, based on my experiences with the Smourne one.

So, the current quest will likely be removed from your list, but you should be able to pick it back up from the "Quest giver", as it is a Neutral Quest.
