Pvp bracket

Hello, everyone! I have two questions. Is the bracket divided by player rank? And the second question is whether Warmane thinks of any way to make WSG and AB more active. I know AV is the best HKph, but it's just a melee game that doesn't have much to do with PVP.

Nah, we are all in save cave, at the moment only AV will be active because PvP gear can be bought only from ranks, easy way to farm HK's like 3k per day.

In TBC expansion there will be more active BG's like AB and EotS because people will need marks, 3x for win and 1x for lose, they will be also more focused to play BG normally and focus on bases/flags.
