Why does RDF assembles multiple groups at same time?

I am on queue for about 40mins waiting on a tank, then I see on the chat a guy asking for a dps to join heroics RDF... hold on I am a DPS on queue for like 40 mins what the heck? Then I see another guy asking for healer to join heroics RDF, but there are obviously 2 group with healers already. We are all waiting on different class to join but there are already a full team available.

RDF is botched can we look into it? I mean that's insane. I believe all these huge queue times its due to RDF trying to assemble multiple groups instead of just 1 at a time.

If its not something that can be fixed by simple altering RDF's settings, then ignore this Topic.

Yeah its weird. What i do is queue for around 10 mins (or even less, 5 mins), if nothing comes up i just get out and requeue and i might get into a group that was already forming and needed that spec or in the worst case possible i will just get back to the incomplete group i was.
