WotLK character disappearance from the account

Hello, after a break from the warmane server, I decided to come back to the game, but when I logged in, my 2 characters at level 80 were deleted or disappeared. Can you help me?

In the case you played of Frostmourne Season III, head to https://www.warmane.com/account/services and start transfers of your characters to Icecrown.
Seasons I & II characters can't be transferred anymore.

If you didn't play on Frostmourne, it's possible somebody had/gained access to your account, cleaned valuables from your characters and deleted them. This is most likely done before 18th of September when account security got improved with forced 2FA. Thus Character Restoration is most likely out of the question, as it has 30 day limit.
