Personally I just want to have faction change I hate the look of alliance pvp gear and want to switch to horde for the cool looking pvp sets when will this be available or should I just lvl a new character after I already lvled a character to 60 and farmed to around 5000 hks

I've issued a ticket a week or so ago and they replied to me that there's no ETA on this. I understand that faction change is off limits for now, mods somewhere explained why, but Race Change within the faction should do no harm.
