WotLK Prot PVP hamstring macro

So I have never played prot pvp, or even prot warrior for that matter. I have played some casual arms pvp and the standard macro for most people is always charge or intercept together with hamstring.

Now that you can use charge and intercept in defensive stance it gets a little tricky.

So is there a way to add a battle stance switch and hamstring and then a switch back to defensive stance into my current arms macro to make it into a one button charge > battle stance > hamstring > back to def stance macro?

This is my current one:

What is the standard opener?

Charge > concussion blow > devestate > shield block > slam > shockwave ?
