Yes, that. I think they added them in cata but there's a wotlk addon that shows them as well.

No, I like it. I use MSBT for some procs but it can't show a persistent notification on the screen. For example I want a notification to stay on the screen for as long as I don't have Sacred Shield on, or I am in the Aspect of the Viper. Stuff like that. Seems like this addon can do it.
