I think it was artificially lowered on Warmane, because, as mentioned above, this is it. This IS the end game. Cata isn't around the corner, so there's no upgrades beyond it

Some years ago I collected data every raid, it landed on around 15% chance +100% from LK. So it was reduced even more now or what do you mean?
