1. Rule Question: Refusing to do RDF/DFs

So a party queues into DireMaul East. Four of the players say they need the key and are doing a key run. One player refuses to do a key run because it'll take "2 hours" and claims the 4 other people are "ruining their DF" by wanting to doing so...and refuses to participate with the group (does the jump skip trying to force the group to not do the key).

The key boss/miniboss is not a required kill to complete the DF, but is a major part of the dungeon.

Is this considered breaking the players rules by "forcing a kick to avoid the debuff" and a punishable act?

edit: also, after they queued in and refused to participate, it still took 4 minutes before we were allowed to kick them. I get the delay is to prevent abuse, but it also resulted in us being unable to continue until we could replace them.

easy 2-5 day ban for him if you report him, to avoid such problems better group in global for specific runs like this or not-killing-Moira-BRD tho

  3. well he does want to do the dungeon, maybe for the daily satchel but not the key run. so he didnt violate the rdf rule cz the violation only applied if that guy asked for a kick cz he doesnt want to run the dungeon to avoid the debuff.
so if 4 of u are in rdf doing key run, id just regroup and find the -1 who is also for the key run in global chat or just 4man it if the party is decent enough.

  4. If he is a dps, ignore and do dungeon without him, he will sooner or later give up and just follow you.

  5. Is this considered breaking the players rules by "forcing a kick to avoid the debuff" and a punishable act?
Probably not. He didn't refuse to do the dungeon, he just didn't want to do the whole thing like the rest of you. If no compromise could be reached it would be just polite to kick him. Would be a different situation if you four said you'd do the run his way and requeue after, but he still said he wouldn't do it anyway.
