I don't know the exact respawn timer but he and other world bosses sometimes take several /days/ to appear after being killed (or server restart)

Ye but noone ever seen him. So he doesnt exist. And ofc noone have his items

Yeah no. i see casters wearing his shadow spell damage legs and some ppl wearing eskhandar cloak he drops. they are not available for DONOs rn so they got it legitimately

He's available. He just dies in minutes after spawn. Couples with his very lengthy spawntimer the chance to meet him randomly is like looking for TLPD in Wrath.

few guilds know the exact spawn timer , russian guilds to be exact since ive seen them myself , how idk but seems like the random spawn between 5-7 days doesnt apply here and they know the timer ... somehow!
