If you don't like somebody's chat messages after few lines of their text, use in-game ignore function. If you don't do that yourself, and get triggered what they keep saying, it shouldn't be Warmane's job to police toxic chat. If rules weren't actually broken (racism etc.), staff won't do much on the matter. You're always told to use ignore first, if they try to bypass that ignore with multiple characters and/or accounts, then report the player with screenshot evidence.
