[Quest help] The Tome of Divinity/Redemption

I accidentally abandoned the quest item "Book of Divinity (Level 12)". This is part of the quest chain and there is no way to reclaim the quest from the NPC called "Duthorian Rall" in SW. That's why I just can't get redemption right now, I'm level 70. Please help me !

If you can't get back a quest item that an NPC provided, write an in-game ticket.
