With the patch 1.6 (the patch where Black wing lair came out) was possible to ask to duke hydraxis a Eternal Quintessence if you are revered or exalted with them (the same as BWL come out in classic) the matter is even with BWL out, hydraxis still don't give the eternal and only gives teh normal one.

This should be added as soon as posible to not make even more annoying swim all the way to get one for any MC but to make more smooth MC without the need of some players using a org/darnas portal, get all the way to hydraxis and them summon back.

Back in 2006 this wasn't available till the Naxxramas patch, however WoW Classic release it was instead brought it forward to the BWL patch
