Are there any NA based PVE guild?

I'm not sure on their requirements to join, but I know Joy Division are NA based. Might be worth trying to find one of their officers

All NA guilds with varying progression / raid times

Alliance Side: Joy Division pretty solid guild, have a ton of helpful people to bring out your best.

Horde Side: Soulshatter is the best NA guild Horde side raids usually around 1-2 am ST and consistent with raids.
Minimal Effort - Pretty Solid Crew usually raids 4-5am ST
The Leftovers - more of a social guild, on progression, GM's are super nice. dont raid a ton, but around the 1-2am ST raid
Freebooterz- Toxic guild, raid around 1-2am ST, then most of dip at 3-4am st to raid wtih Minimal Effort.
