Which item to buy on icecrown mage pve?

Hello i am currently wearing all these items :

and i have coins for 1 bis item but i am not sure whats the best move.
I wonder about halion back but i am kinda far for hit cap atm.

Depending the raids you have access usually with your guild

On my side with your current gear i would go for the RS bracers because it's a key part of your BIS gear and it's harder to get RS25hc in PuG or low guild,
But it's assuming you will be able to find the robe of the waking nightmare (VDW 25hc)

Otherwise for pure dps upgrade the RS scale is really cool but less key for your endgame hit cap

All my advises above assumed you will play fire mage

Hello, thanks for your opinion,i get your point.I am currently unable to guild raid because usually the raiding time do not suit me and i am currently doing 9/12 25hc pugs successfully once i get 6k and over, so basically since i dont need item from the 3bosses i go nm i am wondering if it’s a good idea to go for a t10 item since i dont have any yet.

Using coins to get LDW BoE bracers replaced by https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=54582 doesn't seem that impactful.

Rest of the slots you get either 2nd to BiS, or close alternatives through normal/HC ICC25 and normal RS25. CTS is coveted trinket, and there will always be big list of those who wants it normal or HC, PuG or guild (and with pugs, sometimes reserved). When you'd eventually get that CTS normal, you wish you'd have it HC.
