doing bane run without killing DBW on hc is it possible

so there was this heated argument about some people being able to do ICC 10 hc and kill Bane without having to kill DBW on hc is this possible or do you need to do all 4 quarters on hc before being able to do bane

You need to kill quarter bosses in HC to get LK HC. If you don't do it and still get LK HC, it's a bug, and I advise you not to exploit it. It's only one report away from consequences.

Heroic DBS was never required to go for LK HC. He doesn't even show remaining attempts.

You should not attempt Heroic Lich King if clearing Deathbringer Saurfang on Heroic is a difficult task for your group.
