Has anyone been able to do this quest, which is part of the questline for the 'Dangerous Love' achievement? Seems bugged. Some guards are so supposed to have this pink mist / smoke around them, but I haven't seen a single one.

The dev response on the bug-tracker for Colara Dean is that "This NPC was removed in Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08)." Which is factually true. However the quests are still in game. Since my bug report of Colara missing was flagged as duplicate to the one that got this response, I submitted a followup bug requesting the quests to be removed since we'll never be able to complete them :/
