Technical "Failed to read file" errors

Is anybody else receiving nonsensical "Failed to read file" errors?

Nonsensical since the files are there, can be read, and are not corrupt, in principle.

RAM is okay, disk is okay...

So the problem was... drumroll... motherboards overclocking too much by default, plus a lost lottery with CPU binning: https://www.radgametools.com/oodleintel.htm

Let me share some stuff I've seen.

Can't create a frame of type "Frame" (the most basic type of frame which always exists):



Also a lot of completely senseless Lua errors such as:
