Am I wrong about the bonus that should be 30% except 5%?

yes, I even put that into the Bugtracker and after 2 months they just ''Dismissed'' it.

This is the TBC nerfed Version of the T2 set, i even put in the Wowhead link where you can clearly see in original Classic it was 30% but i guess they just dont care
